Location is great for the work/life balance (main shopping centre, cinema, restaurants), therefore, working atmosphere is structured, vibrant, challenging and lively which is a credit for the store manager and the whole business chain (plus great discount and uniform allowance).
Cons
Pay for Sales Advisor position was increased and it is competitive, which is great, but Sales/Product Manager's wages could be reviewed due to the increasing work capacity. Everything else is well operated.
