Very traditional & hierarchical company so there are lots of old and useless employees. These people cannot produce any value to the company but they will still keep them. The company run the business like a family business. They also treated employees with double standards. The old employees can have privilege of not going to the office but the new employees must go at least 3 days a week. The office location is the worst, which located in hanger lane. Nothing is provided to the employee for free. You need to pay for everything including coffee which is quite a basic thing in the office.
