Pros
The River Ranch Lodge and Restraunt is located on the Truckee River near Alpine Meadows ski resort and Tahoe City CA, making it a great place to work in the summer and winter. The staff and managment are amazing creating a great community which I was proud to be a part of!
Cons
The downside to working at the River Ranch is that buisness in Lake Tahoe is seasonal and completely depends on the weather. Thus if there is no snow in the winter or no sunshine in the summer employee work hours are cut back.
