Pros
Health insurance is affordable. Basically daytime hours, holidays and weekends off. There are some really good people that work here. Unfortunately, they're not in administration.
Cons
They don't hold their patients accountable for keeping appointments and expect clinical staff to see them as if it was a walk-in clinic. There is NO transparency between administration and other employees. You are treated as if you're expendable, and that you should feel lucky to have a job. The pay is not competitive with any other healthcare provider in the area. They find reasons to not compensate employees for travel, continuing ed, and earned bonuses. The board of directors is partly comprised of patients, which I suspect explains some of the underpay. Policy and procedure changes are constantly revised via numerous emails, so it's hard to discern what to do differently. High quality clinicians and front office staff are driven off, and the patients are adversely affected - they have to constantly get used to someone new and have trouble getting timely appointments because all the providers are gone!
