      It's a job and that's about it.

      Cons

      Terrible leadership because there is none. Very nasty attitude towards employees from some of the supposed leaders. Immediate awareness that hardly anyone that is supposed to be a leader knows what they are doing.

      They have no pros to the company

      Cons

      The company has no sense of ethics. On the property management side they fail to pay deposits to tenants in a timely manner, on the construction and development and design side they have outstanding bills that they refuse to pay, have required additional payments from customers due to their own frustration, and have had a high turnover rate in the past few months due to the poor and hostile management. Do not work for this company.
