      Pros

      International staff with lots of opportunities to meet amazing people. They hire the brightest most out-going counselors for their kiddos, so your co-workers are amazing. Lifeguard training is very thorough and prepares your for any scenario you would find yourself in. Wave-Runner staff is the best job at the camp.

      Cons

      Summer in Sanger can get pretty hot. Not a ton to do on days off in Fresno, especially if you don't have a car.

      Amazing culture, great friendships, I had so many new memories and experiences.

      -management is very supportive -you become super close with the staff -the ranch is a resort the rest of the year so all rooms are air conditioned -food is amazing -great letters of recommendation -competitive pay

      Cons

      -limited free time -weather can be very warm
