      Higher than average pay ( but no benefits)

      Cons

      Sexually inappropriate comments from one owner to employee unpunished and laughed at by ownership group Chinese company = Chinese work culture Unqualified and immature ownership group who often misrepresent titles and organizational health to customers. Management owns you and speaks down to you, often using intimidation and aggression to subdue employees No trust exists between management and employees

      Pros

      Great place to grow your skills and career as you will wear many hats. Freedom and trust to take on many tasks if you've proven to be up for the challenge. Small company so you get to know everyone, luckily everyone is friendly and great to work with.

      Cons

      Culture can take some time getting used to as it is fast paced and results driven at times. Management can be intense.
