Cons
Management doesn't use people to their full potential. Team environment lacking and people don't see to care. Computer and other equipment out dated. Accounts Payable department forced to stay until 5pm when everyone else left at 4pm. If 4th of July falls on a Saturday lucky you get to still work Friday the 3rd when everyone has it off. Forced to be off the day after Thanksgiving only to not be paid & December 31st not paid. Certain upper management wouldn't even talk to other staff because they thought it was "below" them to talk to "common" people. Vacation 1 week after 1 year and won't get 2 weeks until 3 years. No PTO days, sick days, or days you can build up. Forced to use all vacation with only 3 days overlap.
