Pros
This used to be a great company until 5 years back. But now this is a company laying off/firing employees almost every month. The only pro honestly is that you might get to choose between a good thinkpad or a good macbook pro but how long will it stay with you is questionable as you might just be fired in week from getting it :)...no joke !
Cons
Almost everything is bad. HR is writing deliberate good reviews in Glassdoor to encourage investors or potential new joiners to join Riverbed. But please be very cautious about joining as this is a very unstable company as of now with no future. Ask any employees (except the HR :) as they are being paid to do so ;) ).
