      The people were talented with a really good mentoring and training program. Good benefits and a healthy organization to improve selling services with solid products to enable clients

      There was some financial health issues and growth stunted with people leaving

      New leadership that brings accountability. Great people. Solid innovation centered around AI, SaaS, observability. Customer-centric organization.

      Not really a con, but there's a lot to do now... to drive awareness of all the new innovation.

      The benefits are actually really good

      Cons

      Everything else is bad. No career progression, no raises and the environment is incredibly petty and toxic. Revenue at this company isn't going to improve and they've already gone bankrupt at least once that I know of in the last few years.
