      Pros

      The atmosphere. The people who work at Riverside are missionaries who believe who have a heart for the kids and for Jesus.

      Cons

      It does not pay a lot, and it is essentially a volunteer position with housing and a monthly stipend included. However, our needs are always taken care of and there are a lot of great perks.

      Love the administration, teachers, and families. Family atmosphere, makes you feel that you are a part of something bigger than yourself.

      Cons

      Pay will be low when comparing to public school teachers.
