Pros
I love my unit. My coworkers are extremely supportive. Definitely a group environment and I never feel alone when things take a turn.
Cons
Management doesn’t really have your back. We went so long without having a CNC and working with no lunch/no breaks. Constantly getting floated to work ER holding- would rather have our staff float to ER hold than have a lunch relief
