Pros
Great food at great prices (at my hospital anyways,) friendly environment( mostly,) chances for overtime are plenty as well.
Cons
Pay is low starting out possibly due to the type of business the hospital is in, but kind of makes up for it with the pay differentials. Nothing else comes to mind except their stocking system is very outdated.
