Pros
Decent pay, but could be higher, given the pay rates of nearby hospital systems. They claim to be competitive, however after speaking with others who I know that work for other local facilities, I have found that RHG pays under what Sentara or Bon Secours pays their employees with the same skill level.
Cons
Hard to move within the company. Feel very under appreciated, and easily replaceable. Company is quick to throw employee under the bus, instead of trying to assist an employee.
