Great team members You are appreciated Positive encounters with every team member They do care about their employees, and have set forth things to assist their employees
Cons
Wish pay was more, however I can not complain as the pay rate is a lot more than other health systems. Wish PTO was better, but they are making changes to this as we speak. Wish there was an employee assistance program that assisted when needed.
