Pros
The flexibility is great if you aren't too overloaded to use it. There are excellent coworkers.
Cons
No consideration for work/life balance. There is the expectation that you will sometimes work 10-14 days straight to cover clinicals, labs, and classes. New grads on the floor make as much as 1/3 more the first year they work than the faculty who have years and years of experience that are teaching them.
