Pros

Great way to waste time!

Cons

Not getting you home on the time you put in. Mostly a week late! Average miles are 1300 to 1800. Lay over pay is $125 a day. No detention on loads longer that are 2 hours. Average take home is $700 to $900 after taxes! Planners are a joke! They don't have tge freight like they said. They broker for everything!!! Over priced health-care that doesn't cover your butt.

Pros

The experience highlighted the importance of proper training, communication, and teamwork in a workplace.

Cons

I had a very disappointing experience working here. One of the biggest issues was the lack of proper training processes. New employees are not set up for success, and expectations are unclear from the start, which leads to unnecessary stress and confusion. There also seems to be a serious lack of concern for employees, especially when it comes to the safety and well-being of drivers. Safety should always be a top priority, but that was not reflected in daily operations or decision-making. The workplace culture is also quite unprofessional. Communication is inconsistent, and there is little accountability or structure from management. Teamwork is lacking, and employees are often left to figure things out on their own rather than being supported by leadership or coworkers. Overall, this is not an environment that fosters growth, support, or professionalism. Significant improvements would need to be made in training, communication, and employee care for this to be a positive workplace.
