Cons
Upper management gets the kudos for the work done by nurses & tech. It’s the nurses & techs that work one on one with patients. Patients aren’t there because of the people who just attend meetings to find out about them. And then are not visible to patients bc their unable to do help on the floor . Nurses at least 6, techs 12-13 with no secretary
