The place was kept very clean and my coworkers were largely amazing people. Working at Riverview was a great opportunity to learn and expand the variety of food you can cook as well as a very professional environment to grow and succeed.

The retention of employees was rather non-existent. Every month i was there was a new rotation of staff members that needed to be trained up to snuff. People leaving was often "Sudden" if you catch my meaning. so working short staffed is not something new to me having worked in high volume restaurant scenarios before and people often leave because the workload was so much. let's say that at the Riverview this was largely not the case.

Service staff is friendly. Food is good making it easy to sell. Beautiful facility.

Management and owners are disrespectful to employees. You are schedule to work but get sent home before you clock in. No apologies or attempt to call you before you leave your house just their "it's too bad but it's business" attitude. You are not allowed to talk to the servers. The owners watch the videos of the floor to see who is friendly so they are not scheduled together again. Floor manager plays favorites. If he likes you that week, you get hours otherwise, you don't get any.
