The Way Every Company Should Be Run - Paid Media Specialist Rivetica Employee Review

Rivetica gave me an opportunity to excel at the beginning of my career, and I ended up staying with them for 2+ years because this was a company I genuinely liked working within. I enjoyed getting to know, work alongside, and collaborate with my peers all of who seemed to be very intelligent and welcoming. There was always a space for me to share my opinions, and I never had to fight to be heard during meetings which was a huge plus. The CEO was also great because he actively went out of his way to reach out to see if I needed anything. I would absolutely work for Rivetica again.

I've worked in several agencies over the last 2 decades. I'm glad I found Rivetica because it just seems like a better fit for me than everything else. There's no drama, there's great leadership, and even though we're a fairly small team we get a lot of great work done. We honestly do more work than agencies twice our size and I think that's because we work smarter. I can be proud of work like this. One of the best things about Rivetica is that everyone on the team is talented and very experienced. This seems different to me because so many agencies rely on interns or fairly low level (i.e., cheap) employees to handle a lot of work and increase profit margins. Everyone at Rivetica seems to be experienced enough to work efficiently, profitably, and well with others. When you have a group of talented people who really love what they're doing it just works out better.

The office is really cool and in a great location, but the music that's played outside of the office can get annoying sometimes. It's outside so it isn't a big problem.
