Pros
Rivian is a very fun and exciting place to work. I never find myself counting down the hours or looking at the clock. It is a very collaborative environment where you can affect change no matter what level you are. Leadership really encourages healthy debate which is very refreshing for an automotive company.
Cons
Could be seen as both a positive or a negative, but if you are person who requires lots of process and direction probably not the place for you. But if you want to be part of creating a process and like to be autonomous, you will thrive.
