Pros

Pay is decent for the job. The team supervisors are very flexible and easy going. Hybrid WFH and in office is nice.

Cons

Performance isn’t measured in any meaningful way yet so underperformers are able to scrape by. Management has attempted to change this but has had no traction. The tools suck and are broken including the one that assigns work (customers) resulting in very uneven workloads between team members.

Pros

Employees share a strong sense of commitment to the mission and are generally high quality. The products are not perfect, but they are excellent and improving.

Cons

Decision making processes are immature and/or non-existent. Decisions are made top-down, often based on long standing personal networks, not merit and analysis. Organizational politics and doing things based on how they will appear, not how they impact the business, are prevalent.
