Flexible schedules, limited micromanagement, sometimes ridiculous amount of patience with no overtime.
Cons
Never any raises period! And it doesn’t matter how long you work there. Poor administration and leadership by DOR with little courage to stand up for the great employees that remain. Out of 40 plus therapist working there only a handful remain, most are gone. No parking, need to submit a doctors note when you miss one day and not get paid for it. Need to be out 2 days straight to get one sick day paid. So If anyone wakes up with an upset digestive system you need a note or it goes as unexcused absent. Totally pathetic.
