      Pros are hard as I believe all the good, qualified leaders and talent have left the building.

      Total lack of transparency HR Leadership ridiculously under-qualified and patently dishonest Will never agree to anything in writing, and will never follow through on commitments

      Pros

      Rizing was a great company to break into SAP Consulting. You had great people working within the company willing to go to bat for you.

      Cons

      Wipro integration. Wipro Leadership is out of touch with how Rizing and SAP does business. Wipro service quality is nothing compared to what Rizing was. They let go of a majority of Rizing employees to gain their connections. Stay away.
