Pros

They have free beer at the office. Unfortunately this is the only pro.

Cons

Management are visionless and without direction. HR are more willing to sweep racism and harassment under the rug than to give consequesnces. Work from home policy stated at 3 days a week, when in reality this only applies to management. They have continuously lied to investors about sales numbers to garner more investment. The company is in a constant state of shuffling employees out the door once they realise their claims do not match the reality of the job. Targets for the sales team are doubled every quarter without ever reaching them - they have no understanding of how to scale into new markets. Leadership are a bunch of yes men who are sitting on 6 figure salaries while adding little to no value to the company other than greasing their own palms. Culture is terrible, "work hard, play hard" but nobody there actually works. My advice to you is avoid this company at all costs. Not worth the time wasted.

Pros

- Great people – colleagues are approachable, collaborative, and easy to work with. - Fast decision-making – you don’t need to align with endless stakeholders to move things forward. It’s possible to make a tangible impact quickly. - Dedicated and loyal teams – many people genuinely care about the company and the work they do. - Accessible leadership – the Board and MT are approachable, pragmatic, and down-to-earth, with very little ego involved. - High trust environment – individuals are given ownership and space to innovate. - Strong social culture – it’s easy to connect with colleagues and the company organizes social events like ski trips and parties.

Cons

• Limited flexibility around remote work – currently only one work-from-home day per week, which might feel restrictive for people who prefer more hybrid flexibility. • Some internal processes are still maturing as the company grows, which can occasionally lead to inefficiencies or require extra coordination between departments. • Cross-department collaboration can sometimes improve, especially when it comes to aligning priorities and processes across teams.
