Good pay and good coworkers

Not a lot of work

Pays well on certain months of the year, not a hard job

Poor training, horrible communication , they disregard background checks and drug testing , they will fire you for poor excuses. They have favorites and if they get mad at you then they won’t work you for a couple days to weeks
