The Job was simple enough, you had to make calls and emails as well as keep track of missing items. The hours were not bad, and you had a list of how long items had been missing for
Cons
There was a lot of micromanagement, you always had someone breathing down your back. For the amount of work you did, you felt you were highly underpaid. Unnecessary and time consuming steps kept being added to an already broken system and there was no clear picture for the future of what you were doing as well as you didn't see much growth in that position.
