      Pros

      Good wages. They accommodate peoples' preferences for day or evening shift. Evening shift is 10 hours Monday through Thursday with Friday, Saturday and Sunday off. Regular barbecues and catered lunches. Rather than terminate, management will switch employees to other departments.

      The work is boring factory work.
