Collaboration - really smart team, and everyone goes out of their way to support one another and make the group successful High quality standards for product--there's a lot of potential to improve healthcare at Roam, and the team is committed to building a platform that develops reliable models Opportunity--it's very easy to jump in and make an impact early-on at Roam
Cons
Similar to all startups, the processes are still developing, so you need to be comfortable with ambiguity, proactive in figuring out solutions, and ready to jump in on escalations (since they are harder to see coming). At times, that means working outside of business hours.
