      Great reputation as a company and good benefits.

      Cons

      Horrible management, underpaid and over worked, undervalued, bad work environment, HR doesnt take complaints seriously so the only solution is to leave.

      Decent pay and work/life balance. No micro management. Service teams are good.

      Cons

      Systems are behind the times. Losing a lot of market share to competition. Losing a lot of employees to competition. Lacking leadership at senior level due to turnover.
