      Okay pay, nice coworkers, nice EHR

      Cons

      Expensive benefits, management will act like everything is fine and then give you a terrible performance review and blame every mistake on you instead of admitting they didn't communicate expectations, weird work environment

      Pros

      401k and majority of benefits are covered up to 70%. (ALSO YOU DONT HAVE TO ACCEPT THESE) Make your own schedule and with telehealth, you don't work 40 hours a week. Everyone is friendly and you get free snacks and occasional free lunch/breakfast. If you run into any issues, your manager is one call a way, which is nice. Get to work one on one with the SMI population!

      Cons

      Constant progress notes and emails kinda come with the field. You have to drive your own car, but with telehealth the driving is cut in half.

      Growing business, great staff with teamwork, good pay and benefits, engaged bosses

      More time off would always be welcomed
