Instructions change daily, priorities shift without notice, and you’re expected to deliver even when the people you depend on aren’t available. When delays happen, the blame still circles back to you. Feedback often comes late and all of the time in public, which makes the environment stressful instead of supportive. There’s no real structure or documentation, so you spend more time figuring things out than actually working. If you want clarity, proper communication, and a healthy culture, I’d recommend thinking very carefully before joining.
