Pros
Free drinks, phones are allowed, commission/tips, employee discount. They have a great tip system where you keep the tips you earn during your shift. They also are willing to hire people who have had no prior job/work experience, which is a plus for high school grads looking for work.
Cons
They paid our wages LATE. We would go several weeks to over a month sometimes to receive our paychecks. There's lack of transparency of what's happening behind the scenes. If in a bad mood, they'll fire someone real quick. There's also poor communication. They also play favorites, especially over the guys who wouldn't be held to as high of a standard to the girls. They also seemed to just hire about anyone and keep them, even if they're bad at their job and it would put more work/pressure on other coworkers with more experience/work ethic. If they atleast paid people on time and had better transparency/relationship with their employees, turnover rate would be lower and service would improve for RW. At best it's decent for getting basic work experience for a short period of time. They also didn't have an official manager or anything to help with leading the team to success.
