Thank you for your feedback. We are proud of our passionate employees, engineers and beyond, and believe that we provide opportunities for employees to develop and fulfil career aspirations. We recognise that our industry, RBG included, are not where we want to be in terms of diversity but this has by no means gone unrecognised or ignored. We have set up a strong EDI committee who are dedicated to moving us forward with inclusive initiatives that are fully supported by our leadership team. In the last 6 months we have worked with an EDI consultant to set us on a path of improvement, and have made diversity and inclusion the key motivator for our 2019/20 People Pillar strategy. We have also injected our commitment to EDI into our work with schools and universities. We believe our performance review structure, leadership training, and HR team are effective in equipping our team leaders with the tools necessary to identify the potential in our employees and assisting them in their development. We are constantly reviewing our offer to employees to ensure our commitment to their development is clear, as such recent discussions have inspired great initiatives on topics such as mentorships and training pathways. We are open and accepting of any feedback given to our leadership team and believe this is evident to employees, and as such take your views onboard. We understand that difficult decisions must be made and believe we work within a culture that encourages discussion, and where fair feedback can be exchanged to make positive decisions that are beneficial to RBG and in line with our shared values.
