      Good projects, some good people.

      Cons

      Toxic culture, long hours, there’s no work life balance. Boys club management check out their website there under 10 “senior” female staff for a company that has over 700 employees. Management don’t care about your mental health as long as you get the work done.

      Pros

      I was new in the design field and I engineers helped me a lot, and they were so friendly. As a structure engineer, I was responsible for the pile, columns, beams and slab design.

      Cons

      Since I was new to design, I had to take anything as a challenge to fulfill it and seek for more.
