For fresh starters, this company would give you a decent insight into the automotive world from Engine Electronics Systems perspective. The best thing about working with this company was exposure that catapults one to better opportunities abroad.
Cons
Poor salary, slow growth - rat race is imminent, rating one's performance is usually baseless. My advice would be to work for 2 years, care a damn about pay or performance ratings. Get the exposure to the automotive domain and GET OUT! .. else you are wasting time. The thing I condemn the most about this company is that a senior engineer at Bosch India and Bosch Germany produces pretty much the same amount of work a year, but Indian engineer will land with 6 Lakhs whilst the German counterpart takes home 46 Lakhs. Now that is what I call exploitation!
