Very flexible working hours Good group leader (flexible, let's you do your own work and does not bother you if the work is done) (These highly depend on which business unit you are working for) Good benefits, well equipped offices, nice new building Family friendly company (they have even made a kindergarten) Salary increase is good, above inflation
Cons
People are unmotivated, tasks are not interesting, endless documentation The work comes from Germany and it is badly organized, communication is bad No advancement opportunity within the group/job area No technical supervision on site, management is useless in technical questions Excel Sheets. For everything.
