There is no respect for talented people. If you know more then you are creating a graveyard for yourself inside your own department. Do not join EBT section. No project. No products.HR is the worst. they only come here to eat and sleep. No body will take responsibility. only ball passingNo standard salary. HR and management eat up all the employee salary.SAD!!! very lame environment. you have to be very highly self motivated to stay here doing nothing majority and sometimes configuration and documentation work. every other person inside is a job hunter or go for higher studies.its is very very depressing.after 1 year of joining in bosch when your dreams are shattered, you will realise that you have become a moron and not competent for outer world and technology.. SAD.good only if you come as a manager or at a better salary.
