Management is a joke. The people that keep the plant running are treated badly. They are very very top heavy with more people in management it almost makes you sick. Skilled labor is leaving due to the bad management that runs bosch Charleston. No one wants to work at the plant anymore due to how crappy the management is. Also not to mention our HR is horrible and only look out for management not the production employees that make the money for bosch and keep their equipment running. They work people 7 days a week with not giving one thought of it. Turnover rate is high due to people realizing bosch is no longer the big fish in the pond anymore. Every year that goes by it gets worse and most people are leaving soon.
