Pros
I have not seen a single POSITIVE point, if you have any feel free to point it out.
Cons
It was a good company but not now… It’s the worst company to work now so if you have an offer please do not even think of going there or near it. I was working there but left after 4 months and i would like to thank god for this, below are my observations you can ask any one working in Bosch no one will deny it: >Lowest salary offered and hikes ever bcoz they treat resources as factory workers >Bosch offers free food (breakfast, lunch, snack and Dinner) was excellent but the vendor has changed now it’s really pathetic. You can clearly see 3 -4 items missing in the menu and the quality is hopeless. You can see people getting LUNCH BOX in Bosch (unheard before). > No paper in printer, either you should get it or ask them by providing explanation even for 2 sheets. > Absolutely NO ONSITE you need to have good connection inside to get it, but currently no roles. Few onsite may include African countries, Mexico, Bangladesh and other countries worse than India. (you will feel India is the best) > If you think your job is secured, I highly doubt it. Currently management is telling resources to relocate to clients place or you will be fired. > People working in few internal projects can be found in Tea shops, break out area (Vending machine area), Game room or in home bcoz I have never seen them working. >Lack of resources in all modules/ technology (since everyone has left the company) You will be working overtime but Bosch doesn't have over time policy > Bosch has the worst management you can ever see, they are like frogs in a Well their entire world is Bosch and they have not seen the outside world. >Management will quote 6 months for implementation it will go on for more than a year, since Management doesn't know the ABCD of that technology. please don’t even ask about the HR i have no words for them. >No process or no induction program or automation in the whole company, initially you will feel that it’s all a big joke to you. Promotion is unheard in Bosch even by mistake you get it, there will be change in the level # not salary. > Worst Time sheet site ever you have to fill and import it (I have no idea what/why it’s needed) then manager should approve. Which they never do and you have to keep reminding them. It gets closed by 10th of every month after that to get it updated is a nightmare (rather easy to update resume and find a new job) > If you join and get Third party project then first thing you should do is find a new job or beg your old company to take you back for the old salary then give your ID card to security and walk out > you get 25% off on Bosch products but getting it is a big process, talk into any shop you may get 30%- 40% discount directly (as an employee you will be paying more) > Since no one is joining Bosch they have opened office in Vietnam and you get a chance to work with them (All the best on that) I don’t have any grudge on the company, as a company it’s really good but the management were former Bosch factory employees and no one has IT experience. I have not seen a single POSITIVE point, if you have feel free to point it out. If it’s too harsh I am sorry but it’s the TRUTH and none will deny it
