Pros
Bosch is a company with huge learning opportunities since there is a lot to be done. There are nice people always willing to help, it is a interesting market segmentation, with interesting processes, and great social responsability.
Cons
Unfortunately it is a company that does not practice the values it prays for. The leadership really dissapointed me.
