Cons
Average food, thou its free. Hikes are getting less every year. Onsite opportunities have decreased. It used to be good. Promotions and growth is very slow for seniors. Not a pay master. Need to Maintain 42.5 hours in a week. If you work for indian clients then work can be too hectic. Slowly going towards service based mode. WFH depends on your manager. some project use old technologies. and some use latest technologies. so depends where you end up. Architects need to be upgrade their skills. 3 Months Notice Period. Overall company is not doing so well now, which affects hike and all. hope it will bounce back to its glory days soon.
