Pros
I enjoyed the work they handle. I was working for airbags. It was fun for me playing with C.
Cons
Focus was more on delivery of projects but not on the learning scope for freshers. Without prior training freshers were put into main projects. so people has to face lot of problems for some initial time. Training was completely irrelevant to that of work.
