Poor local management and bad HR - Anonymous employee Robert Bosch Employee Review

Way too much internal politics. I worked for Software Innovations, the top management has no strategy and has no transparency. The middle management is not doing their job and there are lots of politics in the division (and of course with other divisions). All the good people have left. HR will side the local management and do nothing with the honest feedbacks.
