Pros
Great learning space as a fresher. One of the best places to be if you are looking to settle down, as well. If you are anywhere in between these two, try someplace else.
Cons
Not flexible in terms of location preferences. No matter where you join, they will eventually make you end up at their Coimbatore office, and will not entertain any requests for transfer to a better location.
