international assignment / cross division/business movement the employees are encouraged to further develop as a professional benefits are average/above average in the market the people are being heard and it grows like a family. maybe because there's a mix of older generation and new ones. Most of the employees here stays. the values are being lived no matter which branch you go. a good company to start for interns or graduates. I'm proud to be part of the company.
Cons
slower development compared to other companies, has to follow the rules and comply. -- not so accepted by new ones. because of older generation, the agile transformation takes longer -- but i think this is more of the people. support of HR is not top notch especially in encouraging development of the employees. -- ironic, HR is for people.
