Pros

Free food, a few good friends that you'll cherish for the rest of your life. Bosch as an organisation does a lot of good things but not sure if it trickles down to all employees in all locations

Cons

Pay is below average for the work they expect. Uninspiring management at the department level. If you are in a department under Power train solution they'll bombard you with words like learning curve is exponential, it certainly isn't. The skills you end up learning is useless the moment you step out of the company doors. The management doesn't care a lot about freshers. They are interested only in people with 4-5+ years of experience and value the ones with 10+ like they're God even if they barely possess skills in the current tech world. The company is trying to be a tech giant but won't follow or uphold practices that other tech giants do, they'll still continue treating employees like yet another manufacturing company. Also majority of the older people in the organisation view the company like their secondary source of income. Work life balance seriously depends on which department you work for and the customer. For a few of them forget sleep, and your personal life.

Please feel free to bring up any specific issues related to Managers or Freshers’ experience to your Manager or HR.
