Very few expat positions abroad; as production quantities for the traditional products decrease worldwide in other BOSCH locations and the required men-power for the new generations are anyways lesser compared to older manufacturing technologies. Salaries are not as appealing as in the past 10 years; especially much less than the emerging defence industry in Turkey. Due to those reasons, not able to lure high-quality young professionals or new graduates. There are also not many vacant managerial positions in contradiction to the very high number of talent pool members.
