Learning place for freshers. Get MNC exposure if you are from small company.
Cons
Fully Yes Men culture. Real achievers won't get anything. They will be sacked off with the help of Yes Men. HR is dummy & they are doing secreatry job to Group Managers. Only sending appointment orders & giving relieving order. They are also following Yes Sir culture.
