Pros

- Nice office building located in a well connected, walk-friendly area on the heart of the metropolitan zone. - Interesting, challenging projects for global engineers and project managers. - Vacation days.

Cons

- Low pay, low benefits considering the company's prestige on other regions. - Traditional (obsolete) mindset spread out throughout the projects and way of working/solving problems. - No bonus for good workers. - Other than having a ball pit on the office, definitely not (yet) a "cool" software company. - Usually they don't support employees with remote work tools (not even a chair, screen, keyboard, etc). - No food service on-site, only tables and microwaves. - Not directly a true Bosch location. This is a subsidiary depending from India. Therefore far away from the Bosch top-management strategic decisions. -Very cheap approach to talent acq./retention, trainings, business trips and team building activities. - Lack of experts on the site. - Less "Bosch" than other divisions
